The order status screen shows when orders are ready

cPay's online ordering and payment system offers many options and can be customised to your needs. Choose e.g. 'order status screen' and give restaurant guests the opportunity to track their order status, so they know when their order is ready.

In the kitchen, the staff gains a quick overview of the orders. The staff just needs to click on the order on the screen when the preparation begins and click again when the order is ready.

That's how simple it works

cPay focuses on a very simple ordering process, allowing all guests to easily make purchases. With just a few taps, guests can place orders directly from your digital menu. No app download or login is required. The cPay ordering and payment site is accessed directly from a browser.

• The guest accesses cPay through their browser and views your digital menu.
• The guest orders and pays directly on the site with MobilePay or debit card.
• The kitchen immediately receives the order digitally on the order screen and/or as a receipt printout.
• When the kitchen starts preparing the order, they click on the order on the screen or scan the receipt, and the guest can see on the order status screen and on cPay that the order is in progress.
• When the kitchen has finished the order, they click on the order on the screen or scan the receipt again, and the guest can see on the order status screen and on cPay that the order is ready.
